Lead the team in front office, check-in, check-out, room inventory control

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and supervise the front office team, including receptionists and guest service representatives.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff provides exceptional customer service.

Schedule staff shifts and create a positive and productive work environment.

Guest Experience:
Oversee the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the front office area.

Inventory Control:
Manage room inventory control systems, including reservations, availability, and room assignments.

Monitor room occupancy rates and generate reports for management.

Ensure efficient housekeeping coordination to prepare rooms for arriving guests.

Administrative Duties:
Manage the front office budget and ensure proper allocation of resources.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Process payments and ensure adherence to all financial procedures.

Monitor office supplies and order necessary items as needed.
